Eagle Spirits Indigenous Cultural Outing to Crawford Lake. Includes bus trip to and from ANAF and the tour, with a light lunch. May 10 2025.

The Eagle Spirits of The Great Waters Indigenous Arts and Cultures is inviting you to start your Mother’s Day weekend on Saturday, May 10th, at the Crawford Lake Longhouse Village for a 1.5-2 hour tour.  After the tour, we will include a light lunch provided by us. Bus pickup would be at 9:00 am at The Army Navy & Airforce Club (765 Third Street, Mississauga) and drop off would be approximately 2:30 to 3:00 pm.   

The cost is $25.00 per person or $60.00 for a family of 3, $75.00 for a group of 4.

Learn about the pre-colonial history of the land during this guided exploration of a reconstructed 15th century Longhouse Village. See what life in the longhouse was like over 600 years ago. Program includes: Guided tour of the Longhouse Village, longhouse exploration, traditional fire starting, and sampling of cornbread and maple syrup.
